Since the end of September 2025, we have been releasing our independently developed FLD HbA1c app on the SFM App Store, following many years of foundational research.
This app adopts a subscription model. Given the increasing issues related to subscription cancellations in recent years, we would like to take this opportunity to explain our cancellation procedures thoroughly.
Registration with the app store is required, although there is no registration fee. You can manage and verify your subscriptions through your personal member page.
Subscription cancellations can be performed from the “My Page” section of the SFM App Store. On the screen, this is indicated as “Cancel.” By accessing the “Cancel Membership” screen indicated below, you can terminate your subscription agreement.
The information you provide during member registration is required to be registered with ‘PayPal’ and ‘Stripe’, who are global leading payment processing companies, and therefore, we do not retain such information.
Additionally, all transactions in our company’s app store are processed by these two major payment processing companies globally, ensuring a robust system to prevent any personal information leakage.
Furthermore, we shall revise the fee structure.
Effective from November 30, 2025,
the monthly usage fee within Japan will be 2,499 JPY (tax included),
and the fee for usage overseas will be 25 USD per month (tax included).
We also plan to adopt a more flexible pricing structure to accommodate future requests.
