株式会社SFM（以下、「SFM」という）は、取得したお客様等の個人情報について、以下のとおり個人情報保護ポリシーを定めて役職員に徹底し、適切な取得、利用、管理を行います。また、ポリシー内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。

法令の遵守/Compliance with laws and regulations
SFMは、個人情報（氏名、生年月日その他特定の個人を識別できるもの、個人識別符号が含まれるもの。以下も同様）を取り扱う場合には、個人情報保護法及び関連する諸法令を遵守します。
SFM shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations when handling personal information (including names, dates of birth, any information that can identify a specific individual, and personal identification codes; the same applies hereinafter).
個人情報の取得/Acquisition of Personal Information
SFMは、個人情報を取得する場合には、その利用目的を明示し、お客様等ご本人（以下、「ご本人」という）の同意のもと、あらかじめ明示した利用目的の範囲内で、適法かつ公正な手段により取得します。
SFM clearly specifies the purpose of use when acquiring personal information, and obtains such information through lawful and fair means within the scope of the previously specified purposes, with the consent of the individual concerned (hereinafter referred to as “the individual”).
個人情報の利用目的/Purpose of Use of Personal Information
SFMは、取得した個人情報は、原則としてご本人との連絡・通知、契約、取引管理、その他内部管理、商品・システムの企画、研究、開発の目的に限定して利用します。
SFM generally limits the use of collected personal information to purposes such as communication and notifications with the individual concerned, contracts, transaction management, other internal management, and the planning, research, and development of products and systems.
個人情報の安全管理措置/Measures for the Safe Management of Personal Information
SFMは、取得した個人情報を正確・最新の内容に保つよう努め、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えいなどを防止するために、人的、組織的、物理的、技術的な安全措置を講じて個人情報の厳重な管理を行います。
SFM strives to maintain the acquired personal information accurately and up to date. To prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information, SFM implements strict management through human, organizational, physical, and technical security measures.
個人情報の第三者への提供の禁止/Prohibition of Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
SFMは取得した個人情報を適切に利用、管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供したり開示したりしません。
○ご本人の同意がある場合
○ご本人が希望するサービスを行うために当社が業務を委託する業者に提供する場合
○法令に基づき提供することが必要である場合
SFM will appropriately use and manage the personal information obtained, and will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
○ When there is consent from the individual
○ When providing the information to a contractor for the purpose of delivering services desired by the individual
○ When it is necessary to provide the information based on legal requirements
開示等の請求手続き/Procedure for Requesting Disclosure, etc.
SFMは、ご本人からご自身の個人情報について、開示、利用目的の通知、訂正、追加、消去、利用停止等の請求について、ご本人であることをご確認の上、対応させていただきます。
なお、上記の手続きはデータの管理、法律、セキュリティ目的のために保持する義務があるデータは含まれません。
